Powder Coated Roller Shutters
As the name suggests, these doors are fully automated and provide rapid access in and out of buildings. They are ideal for internal or external openings (up to 36sq.mtrs) when ease of access is required in order to aid material flow and control temperatures. A wide range of safety features are available.

Technical Specification
Barrel
Constructed from a mild steel tube, suitably sized for the application, which encases the counter balance spring(s). The castings mounted within the barrel are fitted with high quality sealed roller bearings which permits the barrel to rotate freely on the support shafts.
Curtain
Constructed from PVC of no less than 2mm thick which incorporates a woven reinforcement. Choice of standard colours available.
Bottom Rail
Constructed from heavy duty box section, the bottom rail incorporates a weather strip, pneumatic safety edge and polycarbonate breakaway end cassettes as standard. The bottom rail is attached to the curtain with galvanised steel cover plates which are powder coated in yellow, as standard.
Side Guards
Constructed from mild steel of no less than 2mm thick, the side guards incorporate cover plates which are hinged to allow easy access for repair and maintenance work. The wind bar channels also run within the side guards.

Control Drive
The door is driven by a motor and gearbox arrangement which is fitted with a heavy duty break and manual override facility. The door is controlled by a frequency invertor, requiring a 240 volt, 16 amp supply.
